I have been working with SMB for the last year and I am very pleased with my experience. So far, my experience with SMB has been awesome. I have to give a ton of thanks and props to Kara Kelley who is my main point of contact. I am so grateful that I have her on my team. She has just been tremendous and awesome. I think of her as much as a friend as I do a partner in growing my business. I've only been with SMB for two months. But in my first month, we increased my revenue while cutting my previous Ad spend by 50% So far this month I'm on track for my best month ever. It's in the afternoon of January 5 and I already have 12 cases in this month. SMB and Kara in particular have made this fun again. I've been grinding for 25 years on my own and I've just been so burnt out. But now I'm having fun with this again becoming an owner and not an operator. I can't wait to see what the next year brings.

I have been with SMB Team for 4 months now. I can speak very highly of my experience working with business coach Frank Lind. He has taught me many things I did not know that I did not know, that are essential for running a business. Frank challenges me every month to improve my practice (knowing my numbers, key performance indicators, leads, qualified leads, communicating with and demanding more from my marketing agency, etc.) as I try to step away from court appointed work to a robust private criminal defense practice. Yesterday's session alone helped me change my paradigm on what I am worth and how to set fees. Frank has been an excellent coach and with his guidance I am confident that I am capable of running the practice that I want to have. The SMB Coach portal and weekly coaching sessions are also valuable resources. SMB Team also provides my marketing services. While my expectations have not been met in terms of results just yet, I am getting more calls than I got without a marketing agency and with other marketing agencies. Additionally, the customer service is top, with open lines of communication and quick, substantive responses that far exceed my experience with every other marketing firm I have worked with. I have seen enough to stick with SMB Marketing for a few more months (whereas in the past with other agencies I would cut my losses at this point) and I am positive that I will see the lead generation from their efforts that I expect to see. I hope I can amend this review in a few months to share how SMB's marketing has really delivered the results I expected and that I am on target to meet my goals.

We have worked with 4 marketing agencies over the last 14 years, and SMB offers what the best of them do on steroids from a marketing agency perspective. Taylor handles all of our web marketing and leads her teams, she is very high touch, always approachable, responsive and an extremely positive attitude. Frank is my personal business coach. This aspect of what SMB offers as a package is exactly what I was looking for and coaching is not offered by any other agency.
